Lloyds Living, the private rental and shared ownership business of Lloyds Banking Group, has agreed a new deal with a developer to deliver 182 new homes.
These will be available for private rental across three developments.
In total, Lloyds Living is believed to have some 7,000 private rental properties in its empire.
The latest agreement will add a mix of apartments and family houses to Lloyds Living’s growing portfolio, with each development including features designed to support more energy-efficient living, from an all-electric specification at Frog Island to solar PV panels and electric vehicle charging at selected sites.
The homes will be delivered across three Keepmoat developments: 69 homes in Gedling, 53 homes at Frog Island in Leicester and 60 homes at Warren Wood in Gainsborough.
The portfolio includes 11 one-bedroom apartments, 42 two-bedroom apartments, 30 two-bedroom houses, 77 three-bedroom houses and 22 four-bedroom houses, providing options for a broad range of renters, from individuals and couples to growing families.
The deal also includes follow-on tranches at Gedling and Frog Island, further strengthening Lloyds Living’s pipeline of new rental homes and expanding its partnership approach with Keepmoat.
