Paul Shamplina, founder and managing director of Landlord Action, has launched a new YouTube channel.

Named Paul Shamplina Talkin’ Property, the channel will offer tips and practical advice tailored for landlords, letting agents, first-time buyers, and tenants alike, featuring a wide range of conversations with guests from across the property landscape and beyond.

Shamplinawill be sitting down with some of the most colourful and respected figures who each of their own unique experiences of the property sector.
